Season To Date: 3-6

Miami Dolphins (3-0) at New England Patriots (1-2): It’s hard to believe that Miami could take a 3-game lead over the team that has dominated the AFC East for over a decade. However, New England looks slow and Tom Brady really misses Julien Edelman, Danny Amendola, Brandin Cooks and Dion Lewis.  The Dolphins match-up well with New England.  They have a very good secondary to double-team Gronk.  Miami can put pressure on the quarterback too.  Miami has speed on offense and the Pats are slow at linebacker and miss Malcolm Butler in the secondary.

Miami makes a statement by winning their first game in New England since 2008.

Dolphins 24- Patriots 21.

New Orleans Saints (2-1) at New York Giants (1-2): The Giants gained confidence last week and know that a loss to the Saints at home would be a big blow.  New York is at home and are the more desperate team.  New Orleans is soft on defense and are not at home. Big Blue has the better defense and edge the Saints behind a big game by Saquon Barkley.

Giants 27- Saints 24.

Kansas City Chiefs (3-0) at Denver Broncos (2-1): Patrick Mahomes is really, really good and has the weapons to take full advantage of his exceptional arm.  Mahomes’ quick release and mobility will limit Denver’s pass rush.  The Chiefs solid offensive line will also help Mahomes have another productive game. Denver is banged-up in the secondary and Case Keenum has been disappointing at quarterback.  The Broncos can’t keep up with Andy Reid’s offense.

Chiefs 30- Broncos 24.
